No-Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments to BusinessOps are final and non-refundable. Please review your free report and this policy before paying.

1. Complete solution pack (₹2,999 + GST)

The pack is a digital product delivered instantly after payment, so it cannot be returned or cancelled, and no refund is given once it is unlocked.

2. Done-for-you service (₹14,999 + GST)

Payment reserves our team's time and starts your onboarding. It is non-refundable, including if you do not complete onboarding or give access. You may pause or end the work as described in your signed agreement, but fees already paid are not refunded.

3. Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice for the same service, or money is deducted but the payment fails, WhatsApp us your payment IDs within 30 days. A verified duplicate payment is either refunded to the original payment method or kept as account credit for another service, as you choose. Amounts debited for failed payments are usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
