BusinessOps is a brand owned and operated by Glam Aesthetics LLP (LLPIN: ACD-4290, GSTIN: 36ABAFG3515B1Z1), Unit T-1, Level 3, Nakshatra Complex, Road No 36, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500033 ("BusinessOps", "we", "us"). By using businessops.clinicops.org or buying any service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

• Free SEO check: an automated review of your website's homepage for Google SEO, Meta and social signals, and AI search readiness, with a score and report.
• Complete solution pack (₹2,999 + GST, one-time): unlocks fixes, ready code and step-by-step instructions for your platform in your online report and PDF. Delivered digitally and instantly after payment.
• Done-for-you service (₹14,999 + GST, one-time): our team fixes the issues in your report directly in your own website, Google and Meta accounts, after you complete onboarding, sign our service agreement and give access. The initial work takes about 45 days from when we receive complete access.

2. Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees and GST is charged at 18%. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

3. Accuracy of reports

Reports are generated automatically from your public website at the time of checking and from third-party services such as Google PageSpeed. They may not reflect later changes or every page of your site. Reports are guidance, not a guarantee of results.

4. No ranking guarantee

Google, Meta and AI platforms decide rankings and recommendations. We improve what is within our control but cannot guarantee any position, traffic, calls or revenue.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage the website you check, that information you give us is accurate, and that you will back up your website before making changes yourself. You are responsible for changes you make using our instructions.

6. Done-for-you work

Done-for-you work is also governed by the Service, Confidentiality and Privacy Agreement you sign during onboarding. We work only through access you grant, and you can remove our access at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The BusinessOps website, reports and instructions belong to Glam Aesthetics LLP. You may use your report and the code we generate for your own business website.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by your hosting, platform or third-party services.

9. Refunds

All payments are final. Please read our No-refund policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
